As a public company about to be listed on the Toronto stock exchange, we initially contacted Luminosity with quite specific needs - we needed to brand the company, and we needed to create a web site that our admin staff could easily maintain. Our existing hosting company couldn’t provide us with either service. Our partnership with Luminosity goes back quite a long way. They’ve branded two listed companies in two separate projects for us and, more recently, they rebranded an existing listed company as Frontier Resources. Consequently we’ve had a lot of positive feedback about the quality of their work.

One of the things that convinced us to partner with Luminosity was that rather than pushing the “one size fits all” approach, Luminosity developed solutions that met our specific needs, including our budget. Their solutions have always been of high quality, and not only were they well received by both our employees and shareholders, they’ve successfully positioned us in the global marketplace.

Another deciding factor was that I spoke directly to Brad, one of the directors. Someone who knows and understands business! I was confident that Brad knew what he was talking about, and he took the time to tell me about Luminosity’s services and explained the considerations in deploying a web site content management system. He was willing to accommodate business needs specific to our scenario, including researching and addressing the specific needs of our Canadian and European markets.

The quality of the team lead by Brad is fantastic. Everyone I’ve worked with has extended the same professionalism as Brad. They understand the challenges faced in business and respond in an accommodating and understanding fashion. They provide me with honest advice and practical solutions that work.

I like the elegant but down to earth culture at Luminosity, and I would specifically like to commend the staff that I have worked with directly. Richard is a pleasure to work with, and he gets results! When technical problems occur, he solves them. He relates in a calm, polite and professional manner. Juliet really listened to what I was wanting and, together with Katja, produced a high quality product that emulated my thoughts. Nicole is a gem, and has been very accommodating and professional in all our relations. She’s excellent when it comes to following-up on things, and she’s always very friendly and genuine. I’ve only recently been introduced to Michael through our SEO project, and it was great to experience the consistent professional service through out the different departments of Luminosity.
