I’d heard good things about Luminosity from our National Office, who had already engaged them to produce our annual report. I invited them to tender on a new project we were outsourcing and they were the successful. As a result of a great experience with the initial project, we’ve continued to work with them on a number of other jobs since then.
Luminosity is quite different from other agencies I’ve worked with previously, in that they are a boutique and almost ’family-like’ consultancy, yet they offer the full range of services, professionalism and quality that you’d expect from the big multi-national agencies. The biggest difference is that the person you meet and deal with initially is the person you work with throughout the project, rather than being pushed on to a young account service person to try and understand your needs all over again. Its so refreshing, and saves time and frustration.
A real bonus, and something we didn’t really think about until we experienced it, is that their service was absolutely seamless! They are organised, deliver on deadline and don’t over-complicate things, making the whole process so much easier. What a difference! And no matter whether we were talking to the art director, graphic designer or production manager, everyone is on the same track and delivers the same message, making life a whole lot easier.
The things we appreciate the most about working with Luminosity are that through their own research, they have a good understanding of who we are and what we want, resulting in wonderful creative execution, and the friendly staff are always willing to help.
Their service stood out to me because of the outstanding and personalised customer service, their commitment to producing a product according to specifications but with that extra ’something’ that makes it special, and their accuracy and attention to detail. The whole experience was a rewarding one.
