I was in the early stages of building my business and I knew I needed to improve my branding but didnt know where to go or what to do. A friend had seen their work, was impressed by them, and suggested that I meet with them. From a business perspective I wanted to grow. I needed professional advice on how to present the business and how to go about creating all the stationary and promotional material we needed. Through talking to Luminosity, we realised that we actually needed to do was to create a brand identity for the business.

I was a bit apprehensive about going to see Luminosity, I expected them to think that we were too small to bother with. This was most certainly not the case. I loved the way that, even though we were small-fry compared to some of their other clients, we were still treated with the same level of professionalism and service. They were really patient with me. I was coming from a background with very little business knowledge. They understood this, and they took the time to explain everything to me. Before I went to Luminosity, I was really overwhelmed by the extent of what needed to be done, but they were great. They helped me take one step at a time, planning each move.

Luminosity helped me to recognise the value of quality branding. Their work has played a major role in marketing and growing our business, and they helped us set future goals and directions for our business as well. Our sales have increased as a direct result of rebranding, and we are treated with a great deal more respect - people take us more seriously. Branding ourselves correctly has moved us from being perceived as home or cottage business, to a place where everyone see’s us as professionals. Everything that comes into contact with our clients, suppliers or target market, communicates our professionalism. The rebrand has also helped our confidence, and improved the way we do business.

Obviously I’m very happy with the solutions that Luminosity has developed for us. Their attention to detail was spot on - even down to the larger type size for our vision impaired clients. I’ve always enjoyed working with Luminosity, and we’ll continue to deal with them because I feel confident working with them and I know that I’ll get a quality result, with their usual friendly and efficient professionalism.
