Boasting 240 pages and over 1,500 products, producing the first full product catalogue for global off-road wheel and rim company Rimtec was never going to be a walk in the park. It was a mammoth task to say the least. Following a successful rebrand of the company earlier in the year, we were approached to design and produce a premium tool catalogue to showcase their extensive range of products. Not having any pre-existing collateral of images or specification of products from suppliers, this catalogue would be born from the ground up. A great deal of thought needed to be given to the hierarchy of product categories for ease of reference in the field. Many a round table meeting was had, before design pen was put to screen paper, so to speak. The catalogue or ‘Tooling Bible’ as we affectionately know it, is targeted at Rimtec’s broad customer base, including tyre managers of global mine organisations, tyre servicing companies, tyre fitters as well as individuals working within the agricultural, construction and material handling industries. The catalogue was met with wide acclaim when it finally arrived in print, some 12 months after the project’s initial conception. Next step – creating the online version of the catalogue as phase two of their awesome new website.
