The key difference between Luminosity and other designers we approached was Luminosity took a step back and looked at the overall picture. They put forth a proposal for a complete package and service, as opposed to micro-focusing on one deliverable and trying to get the sale. We had a large degree of marketing and rebranding requirements, so it was a pleasure to see someone actually realise this and propose a solution to the overall package.
After working with a number of designers in the past where we’ve had to have a large degree of involvement in the design process and constantly provide guidance to achieve a deliverable that was satisfactory, working with Luminosity was a lot different. I was more than comfortable approaching the team with a vague idea of the end deliverable and then leaving the rest to Luminosity. They have constantly delivered beyond expectation, with very little guidance needed.
