I discovered Luminosity through an online search for branding consultants – I thought there may be a better option out there. I was impressed by their site, so I contacted them and invited them to tender for our work. Though not the cheapest, Luminosity presented the best case. Juliet and Brad showed the greatest creativity and understanding of our organisational culture, our brief, and what we were looking for. The national office worked with Luminosity initially, and, after my referral and recommendation, our Subiaco division also works with them. I’m glad we made the decision to pay a little more, it’s certainly paid off.
It became quite evident in the early stages of working with Luminosity that they are very thorough in developing a good understanding of the creative brief prior to commencing work. This is something that sets them apart from other companies I’ve worked with, and perhaps it explains how they managed to developed such a good understanding of our organisational culture (a very important part of our organisation) in a short amount of time.
I’ve had extremely positive feedback from all levels of management on the annual report that Luminosity recently produced for us and interestingly, due to the improved quality of its design, this year’s report will also be used as an excellent marketing tool.
Aside from the quality of their work and the results they’ve achieved for us, the things I appreciate most about working with Luminosity are their ideas, their personable manner, and their willingness to work under pressure to achieve great results. The whole experience makes things so much easier and more enjoyable for us.
