We decided to partner with Luminosity after seeing the high calibre of their work they produced for other departments and, from a couple of smaller jobs they’d done for us previously, we knew them to be very easy people to work with. They understand that we have budgets to work to, and that the dynamics of presenting information from a University perspective can be different to other commercial contexts.
Luminosity helped us to address our online branding inconsistencies, by bringing our communication with prospective students (through our website and an electronic newsletter) into the 21st century. They developed an appealing design theme without overshadowing the content. We’ve had excellent feedback about the new website design from both internal and external stakeholders.
One advantage we’ve discovered about Luminosity seems to be the size of the company. They’re big enough to tackle what’s required easily and with sufficient expertise on hand at all times, yet they know who you are when you ring up, and keep one-to-one contact happening throughout projects.
